Two sensors. One source of truth.
Our proprietary sensing technology tells us exactly which bottle moved and when. Computer vision shows what happened next. A single edge appliance fuses both and reconciles every pour against your point of sale.
Layer by layer.
Each layer does the job it's best at, and every layer checks the others.
Bottle identity
Every bottle is individually identified by our proprietary sensing technology, continuously, from the moment it's enrolled. Enrolling a new bottle takes seconds and links it to the right product in your POS. Every reading is integrity-checked, so a corrupted signal can never be credited to the wrong bottle.
- Unique per bottle
- Enrollment in seconds
- Missing-bottle alarm
Pull & pour detection
The moment an enrolled bottle leaves the rail, a pull window opens; it closes when the bottle returns. The pour is timed inside that window. That includes pours made right at the rail and two bottles poured at once, each tracked on its own.
- Pour-in-place
- Simultaneous pours
- Long-pour flagging
Computer vision
High-resolution overhead cameras map every slot on the speed rail and record a short clip of each event. An AI vision check verifies each detected pull, so the evidence behind every flag is there when a manager looks.
- Slot-level rail mapping
- Review clips per event
- AI verification
POS reconciliation
The platform is POS-agnostic. Each night, your POS transactions are matched against detected pours. Product name differences are mapped automatically, and cocktails are credited to their component bottles.
- Unattributed pours
- Sensor-suspect products
- Unenrolled products
Dashboard & reporting
Every operator workflow lives in one secure web dashboard served from the appliance: pour review with video, bottle enrollment, the rail map and system health. A report lands in your inbox after every service night.
- Pour review
- Bottle enrollment
- Nightly email
Reliability & privacy
Capture runs entirely on-premises, on one edge-AI appliance, and your footage never leaves your space. It watches its own health, restarting stalled feeds and alerting on camera, sensor or bottle faults, so an empty report always means a quiet night, never a silent sensor.
- On-premises capture
- Self-healing feeds
- Health alarms
The system flags. A person decides.
Every exception arrives with its evidence, and a human verdict on any flagged event is final everywhere in the system.
