Company

Your business, powered by operational intelligence.

We make your space visible. Visual Spaces builds edge-AI systems that give hospitality operators an independent, trustworthy record of what happens behind the bar, so revenue that leaks today can be seen, understood and recovered.

Our story

Built from the bar back.

Every bar runs on a point of sale. It knows exactly what was rung up, but nothing about what was actually poured. The gap between the two is where pour cost lives: generous pours, forgotten comps, drinks that never make it onto a ticket.

We started Visual Spaces to close that gap. Not with more paperwork or another weekly inventory count, but by measuring the pour itself, at the bottle, as it happens.

We built and tested our system in a working restaurant bar, through real service nights, and let the measurements decide the design. The result pairs our proprietary bottle-identification technology with computer vision on a single on-site appliance that lives in your server room or security closet and runs on its own.

Mission

Account for every pour, without changing how bartenders work.

Good bartenders shouldn't have to prove themselves, and owners shouldn't have to guess. An honest, independent record serves both.

What we stand for

Principles we build by.

Four commitments shape every product decision we make.

01

Account for every pour

Detect each bottle leaving its station, identify the product and time the pour, invisibly, during real service.

02

Reconcile against the POS

Match detected pours to sales every night, and put a clear number on what doesn't match.

03

Surface, not accuse

Every flagged event carries its evidence. The system flags; a person decides. A human verdict is always final.

04

Run unattended, on-premises

One appliance, self-monitoring, with no cloud dependency for capture. Your footage never leaves your space.

Measured, not assumed

Engineering that follows the evidence.

We benchmark every sensor against hand-labelled footage from real service. When the data showed cameras alone couldn't reliably attribute pours at bar speed, we developed proprietary bottle-level sensing as the primary signal and put vision to work where it's strongest: context, verification and review.
